We may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and Conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. 
Support
We offer free support for a period of 1 year from the time of the product was purchased. If you wish to get support after this period, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for. Support is given on topics regarding our products specific issues. We work a 5-day week from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 +2:00 GMT. We do not work on Weekends and holidays. Lastly, we do not offer any support on modified products or on products that had copyright or credit marks removed or modified.
Browsers
You are responsible to test the demo website in all browsers you need to support, before you buy. We do not promise to support future browsers not yet launched. Nor do we promise to support old browsers, even though we do our best to fallback decently.
Product updates
All currently available products on our web shop are constantly revised and updated. All updates are free within the current version (for example version 1.1 to version 1.2). Major updates (for example version 1.x to version 2.x) are paid upgrades. We do not support outdated products or update discontinued products.
Compatibility with 3rd party software
Our products support most 3rd party software, namely themes and stacks for RapidWeaver and brics for Blocs app. However it is impossible to know whether all software work with our products. If a 3rd party software you use is not compatible with our products, let us know, and we will inspect it.
Issue Of Products
Download links for products are sent to you in the form of an email. The email is sent to you automatically as soon as your payment has cleared (which normally only takes a few minutes). Please purchase using valid details and using an email address which does not require sender-verification. If you have any questions about your order, please get in contact.
Payment
Products on this website are sold in EUROS and processed by Cartloom https://cartloom.com. Payment in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and to charges made by your credit or debit card company.
Refunds
We are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.
Commercial Usage
If you are reusing products in multiple commercial projects, please consider budgeting towards the purchase of extra licenses. Although this is not compulsory, this would help greatly towards ongoing development costs and ensures clients you are working on behalf of can obtain free product updates and customer support directly if required.
Tax collection
We do not collect taxes of any kind, including VAT. Therefore we do not send invoices with taxes included.
Security
Electronic transactions are processed on secure external websites hosted by Cartloom https://cartloom.com. Information relating to transactions is stored securely and is never shared or disclosed, unless a transaction is a chargeback or a written request is received from a legal authority. Precautions are taken at all times to ensure maximum security of customer data. Make backup copies of products (providing backups are not redistributed)
Promote your use of products in site showcases
Install products on computers owned by yourself

You are not allowed to:

Redistribute or transfer products in part or whole
Use in conjunction with explicit, illegal or offensive material
Claim the product to be your own design or work
Resell products in part or whole or claim false affiliation
Convert products to use in other applications or platforms
Remove copyright marks or credits which may be present
